Refund & reschedule policy

The consultation fee of €25 is paid upfront via Mobile Money (MoMo) or PayPal before your confirmed slot. Your booking is held once we receive payment and confirmed by WhatsApp.

You can reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. To reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +49 155 63872975 and quote your booking reference.

• More than 24 hours before: full refund or free reschedule to another available slot.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund; you may rebook at a reduced rebooking fee at our discretion.
• No-show: no refund.

If we have to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule to a slot of your choice, whichever you prefer.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (MoMo or PayPal) within 7 working days. Please share your payment screenshot and booking reference so we can match it quickly.

This policy applies only to the consultation fee. It does not cover embassy fees, visa application fees, courier costs or any third-party charges, which are set by and paid directly to the relevant authorities and providers.
