The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We limit processing to what is necessary to provide and manage our consultation services.

• Identification: your full name and email address.
• Contact: your WhatsApp number and phone country code.
• Booking details: preferred route, consultation date, time and any notes you provide.
• Payment reference: booking reference number and payment method used.
• Technical: standard log data when you visit our site.

We process your data to schedule and deliver consultations, to confirm payments and to respond to your enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you give consent, we may also use your data to send you relevant updates (Art. 6(1)(a)). Legitimate interests in running the service are pursued under Art. 6(1)(f).

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary to deliver the consultation (for example the video call platform used for your session) or where required by law. Payment is handled outside our systems via Mobile Money or PayPal and is referenced only by your booking number.

We retain booking records for the duration of your consultation and for as long as needed for follow-up and record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them in line with legal retention requirements.
